Items are shipped to your local address through J&T Express unless otherwise stated. Gogo Xpress via Shopee checkout is available upon request.

policies at uzzu orders
In order to provide you with a fair and excellent service, we are implementing the following rules. Read the next sections to find out more about our shop's terms and conditions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
order policies
placing an order
Make sure you are 100% sure before placing an order.If you are a minor, you will be required to provide the contact details of your parent or guardian. Otherwise, your order will be declined.Triple check all information you provide before placing an order. UZZU ORDERS will not be responsible for any wrong information given.Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be banned from joining UZZU ORDERS' future group orders.
order cancellation
Cancellation of orders will only be allowed within 48 hours after order confirmation.There will be a cancellation fee of PHP 250 or 50% of the value of the items ordered, whichever is higher.
payment policies
payment and refunds
Be a responsible buyer and abide by set payment deadlines. Late payments are subject for approval.Payment will be accepted only through the following channels: Gcash, Paypal, Paymaya, BPI, and Shopee.For items bought from official stores: No refunds will be issued unless the item is out of stock. In such a case, an e-mail will be sent to process the payment refund.For items bought from fansites: No refunds will be issued unless the fansite master has issued us a complete refund first.For missing and/or damaged items: In case of any missing item/s and/or major damages to the item itself, a refund will only be processed if the customer provides a complete unboxing video. The unboxing video must 1) have a resolution of at least 480p or clear enough to read texts on the packaging, 2) be filmed in a well-lit space, 3) not be edited or post-processed, 4) show all sides of the package with its seal INTACT prior to opening, and 5) show the inside of the packaging and all items in the package one by one. If the unboxing video fails to meet one or more of the criteria, a refund will not be processed.
* Major damages include, but are not limited to, deep scratches, tears, cracks, and/or dents on at least 10% of the item's surface, and issues on the item that affects its overall functionality.
late payment
Late payment will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If we can secure the order on your behalf.If you inform us at least 24 hours before the payment deadline.If you lay out a concrete plan of action for sending payment.
Once approved, a late payment fee of PHP 100 per day will be charged. However, we can only wait for a maximum of five (5) days. If you are still unable to settle your payment within the grace period, you will be banned from our shop.
shipping policy
No rushing of orders. Please take into consideration the production and shipping time. UZZU ORDERS will not be responsible for shipping delays by the courier.Rest assured that your items will be handled with utmost care. UZZU ORDERS will not be liable for lost or damaged parcels due to negligence of international/local couriers. To assure customers that their orders are in their best possible condition, photos and videos of all items will be sent to each customer before they are shipped out.Shipping of items to your local address will be through J&T Express unless otherwise stated. Shipping (GOGO Xpress) via Shopee is available for onhand goods only. In accordance with Shopee's Community Rules, pre-ordered and partially paid goods such as those from group orders and pasabuy service cannot be shipped via Shopee Checkout as it is a transaction that is conducted outside of Shopee.All items must be claimed within two weeks after their arrival at our local address. If unclaimed, there will be a storage fee of PHP 100 per day for the next two weeks. If still unclaimed after the grace period, the items will be posted for resale.
Our policies may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or business developments. Customers will be notified of any revisions via email and Twitter.
